An Error has Occurred:

Duplicate Payment Attempt.You order has already been paid for. If this error continues contact sales support.

i haven’t been able to find a sales support link, so i am opting for writing here instead. i haven’t received a confirmation email either. Any assistance would be appreciated. can’t wait to get this awesome album!!
